This policy explains how Tayme Media Group, LLC (“Tayme,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you create a TaymeLive prototype account, Supabase Auth processes your email address, login credentials, optional display name, profile information, and authentication session. When you follow the build or request investor information, we collect your name, normalized email address, selected product interest, intended participant type, consent choice, source, and optional message. TaymeLive accounts and their contents are prototype data and are not accounts for a production streaming service.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile checks product-interest submissions for automated abuse. We also create keyed, non-reversible hashes of the submitting IP address and normalized email solely to enforce rate limits. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table, and rate-limit windows are retained for no more than seven days.
Authentication and service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database storage for this Tayme Media Group website. Essential, secure authentication cookies keep signed-in prototype sessions working. Cloudflare processes Turnstile challenge information, and Google provides optional OAuth and consent-based analytics where enabled.
How we use information
We use product-interest information to respond to your request, share updates for the products you selected, understand community interest, protect the site from abuse, and maintain the security and performance of our services.
Analytics choices
Analytics are optional. We ask before enabling Google Analytics and store your preference locally in your browser. You can decline analytics without affecting access to the website, or revisit your choice through the cookie-preferences control in the footer.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Product-interest and account records are stored in the Tayme Media Group Supabase project, which is separate from Ootaza. We retain product-interest and prototype account information for as long as reasonably necessary for relevant updates, account operation, legal obligations, or security purposes. You may request deletion.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or removal from future communications by contacting us. Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe method when they begin.
